All of our services are guaranteed for 30 days.  If your problem repeats within the guarantee period we will fix the problem with no additional cost to you**.  All parts and hardware come with a one year warranty.

Service Rates:

Consumer Base Rate - $80/hr

Business Base Rate - $120/hr

Minimum charge - Within greater Salisbury area, $60

Travel time - Consumers; No travel time charge.  Businesses; Travel time is only calculated for businesses outside of the greater Salisbury area.

A computer than will not boot can be an indication of a hardware failure.  More often than not, it's just a software problem.  We will run a full diagnostic and if it's a hardware problem we will let you know the best course of action.  If it's software, we will fix it right away.

Wireless Network Setup

We will set up your wireless network with the optimal settings and make sure it is password protected.  We will also set up your devices, computers, tablets, phones, video game consoles, and anything else that uses WiFi.
